Default Solutions Material onto Nylon

We have been testing with our "solutions opaque" material and recently did some work onto Nylon jackets. After a few days, it starts peeling off. We are set at the right temp and pressure (given to us by Imprintables), and they are kind of stumped as well.

Anyone else had this problem?
Any suggestions on a fix?

Thanks

I use a higher presure and temp than what they reccomend. Try doing testing on materials at different settings with your equipment and see if a higher combo helps.

Thanks Steve,
I spoke with someone at Stahl's and they told me it might be due to a water resistant coating on the nylon. I have a few things to try on this, hopefully one of them works...

We use Thermoflex Xtra on nylon. Have not ran into any problems getting it to adhere and last. Really hated doing nylon items until we started using the Thermoflex. Nothing else seems to compare.
