Default Jsi-ht plus

Has anyone had any experience with this material. Recently I purchased a roll of White and for whatever reason I cannot get ANYTHING to transfer to my garments!

"This product is suitable for transfer to most cotton, cotton-polyester, wool, lycra, and other basic fabrics including many athletic meshes. Cut in mirror image through the adhesive layer (dull side) to the plastic backing. Weed the excess material and lay the cut pattern on the fabric. Cover design area with paper or cloth release sheet.
Heat Press Instructions:
Heat transfer at 330-350 degrees F for 8 to 10 seconds. When transfer is cool to your touch, peel away the backing sheet. Transferred image may be covered with a non-stick sheet and be re-adheared if necessary. These instructions are good for JSI-HT Plus and HT-SolventPrint
"

I have followed their directions thoroughly and have tried with a few variations with no successful attempts.

Is anyone having the same problem?
