Do you mean you are having the shirts printed on a Flexi-Jet
dtg machine and shipped to you without being heat pressed? I know that the Flexi has the APES system which is suppose to help with the drying process, but I was told that you could still not stack the shirts because they are still sticky. Has things changed to the point that you can put the shirts in a box (i.e. stacking them on top of each other) and still not smear or transfer the design to another shirt?
Very interesting if so, but why would you not still have the shirts cured in CA? Most full size prints will cure faster than the
dtg will print it. So, it would not take any extra production time. I can't imagine a Flexi owner not owning a heat press or screen printing dryer to cure the garments. So, why would you want the extra work or the chance of ruining the garments? Not trying to sound negative, just curious.
