Default 50/50 or 100% cotton?

Which type is best to heat press on?

From what I've read here, I don't think there is a difference when just doing regular heat pressed jobs.

If you are dye-subbing then you will need a higher poly content. The vapor apparel shirts look pretty good when done this way.
