| Differnce between Spectra EZ and Spectra Cut II I've been using Spectra cut EZ weed from imprintables and love it so far. Very good vinyl. Easy to weed (hence the name, obviously), and comes out with professional results. I'm very happy with it. However, I was looking on the website and was wondering what the difference is between the EZ and the Spectra cut II? Are they the same thickness? Would I have to readjust my plotter needle or would it be the same pressure? Is the quality the same? Seems like they are identical vinyl's? The Spectra Cut II is thinner (just like EZ weed), than the other vinyls Here are the descriptions of both....so what's the diff? | Quote: | | | | | | | | | | |

SPECTRA™ Cut II heat transfer material is super thin, easy to weed and offers excellent opacity, durability and washability. This transfer material is mounted on an environmentally safe polyurethane carrier. | | | | | | Does the II last longer than the EZ or something? Just curious Ken | |

| Re: Differnce between Spectra EZ and Spectra Cut II The colors match almost exactly across the board for these two products. There are two major differences. The EZ Weed has a sticky mylar backing when weeding and the SPectracut II does not. This is really a matter of preference. Also the Spectracut II is primarily sold in 19.68" wide rolls, whereas the EZ Weed is sold in 15" wide rolls. Lastly the cost per square inch of EZ Weed is slightly higher than Cut II. Let me know if this helps.

| Re: Differnce between Spectra EZ and Spectra Cut II YES!!! This helps so much.
I love the sticky backing of the EZ weed and I don't mind paying extra for that. As a novice, I think it helps when centering and adjusting designs.
Thanks again for your help Josh!
