Anyone know how I can get a distressed, worn look on a design using corel draw X3?

Re: distressed look You can use filters to acheive the look. Do an internet search for AI and Corel free filters.

Re: distressed look you can also create your own filters by printing a full black square on a laser printer. Crumple up the paper quite a bit, flaten and scan. Use as an overlay changing the layer modes to fit your style or need.
Copy and paste the objects. apply the smudge and roughen tools. change the color to your background. Instant vector distressed.
