Good Morning everyone, Ive been Screen Printing for a couple of years now and I just Leased a kiosk at a tourist attraction in chicago. I will be selling shirt here but one thing ive been thinking of offering is Novelty shirts with pics on them I would like to offer the customers different backgrounds to choose from. I basically want to be able to take there pic and let them decide if they want the background to be wrigley field or the sears tower and stuff like that. Are there any softwares outthere that i can use? I know this has been done before but i dont know how to achieve this or where to start. I figure if im gonna be occupying the space and selling shirts might as well offer this aswell.
If you have photoshop or Coreldraw/Corel photopaint then you have the software. Digital camera comes with software so that you can upload or import the photo in the computer.
Load the backgound in Photoshop or Corel Photopaint then import the photo of the person. Make sure the backgound of the photo is solid color such as white or blue (make sure the backgound is not the same as the person's dress) background so that it will be easy to weed out. Click on the magic wand tool then click on the background of the photo. Press delete key to get rid of the photo background and there you have the person's picture with new background.

Wow are you serious its that easy? Imma go try that out inna little while thanks for the tip ill let you know how it goes....
Hey i did as you said I deleted the solid backround but how do i go about adding the new background to the pic?
You have to open the new backgound first like the Wrigley field then import the persons photo and delete the solid background of the photo. The Wirgley field will show because the background of the photo will be transparent. Or open the photo in another file. Delete the solid background then press Ctrl A to select all objects. Press Ctrl C to copy the objects. Open the Wrigley Field background file. Press Ctrl V to paste the photo on the Wrigley field background.
What graphics software are you using?
Send me the photo and the backgound files and I will create PDF file on how to do it.

Can you load step-by-step instructions here? What method would you use to print? Transfer paper or vinyl? Thanks.
