anyway how well does the distress look look when looking at it on a laser or inkket transfer ?
Well not on the transfer but once its been transfered to a shirt.

It will all depend on the software and method that you use, as well as the quality of your printer.

Make sure your resolution is high and you should be fine.

I did 2 dz. of white shirts with part of the image was distressed and it came out pretty good. I used Imageclip for laser. I did not use inkjet because of polymer window issue.

I used Corel and distressed mask that I downladed for Screenprinters.net. Here is the link to the files under Miscellaneous:

The attachment is part of the image that was distressed.

BTW Imageclip for inkjet is being tested right now and the product I was told will be out next month.
