What do you mean by "full process"? Do you want to know the details of how they physically go about printing them? The process of how a design is chosen, how it is distributed to the customer, etc.? Or...?
You should go research companies like....X-it, Wildside, Ace tansfers, Pro-World, Impulse, Springhill, Fand R, Global, Dowling etc and see what the actual transfer makers do. The basic process is screen- printing on a release paper although there are several variations in the types of transfers made.
