Hi every one, i got problems with with the auto open fonction of my heat press (Phoenix phire 16X20). For exemple when i put the time for 15 sec. the heat press open 2 sec. before the end. I wonder if someone know what to do ? Thanks for the help.

Set your timer for 17 seconds.

Seriously, have you talked to Phoenix? Sounds as if you have a faulty timer.

No, i'm from french polynesia so if i can fix my probleme on "t-shirt forums" without calling phoenix it would be great.

If it consistently opens 2 seconds early, then Joe's suggestion is sound. I say move the timer to 17 seconds
