I have a thought that probably wont work but anyway. 1st is there a heat transfer for darks that you don't have to trim out before applying? Would it be possible to print a heat transfer onto the transfer sheet and then get the vinyl cutter to trim it out or would the paper not give enough room for it to feed? I have a vinyl cutter that I haven't even hooked up because I'm not sure how to get it going and knowing my luck I'd probably tear it up right to start with.

Hi Karen. Providing your vinyl cutter comes with the appropriate software, it is possible to print and cut transfers. The printer puts a registration mark onto the transfer paper, that the cutter is able to use to define its cutting path.
