Hi everyone! So I'm looking to get a clamshell 16x20 heat press for around $1000. I've been checking out the Hix HT600D and the Mighty Press Digital 16x20. They are both around the same price with similar features. Can anyone recommend one over the other? Or some other press I may be overlooking? I've been doing a ton of research and just need that little push over the edge

I own the Mighty Press digital 16x20 and love it. You will not go wrong with either one of those you listed.

I would choose the Hix for 2 reasons. I have had great luck with my Hix and the customer support from Hix is awesome. They always call back fast and get me the answers needed. This allows me to keep my orders moving and my customers happy. the mighty press is also a good machine, But my money would be spent on a HIX. IMHO ..... JB

LOL, fortunately for me, Jerry I've never needed to contact tech support for my Mighty Press because it has ran like a champ so far (knock on wood). I just hope if/when I do need to contact them they respond promptly.

I have never contacted customer service for press not working. I called to order extra fuses and to ask operating questions.My Hix has never gave me a issue(knock on wood) ...JB
