Unhappy Buy heat transfers or design your own

Hello t-shirt land! My question is I am trying to make very specific vintage looking tees. I have a heat press and am looking to make tees with vintage logos such as adidas, goodyear, etc. If my area of interest is narrow, would it be better and more cost efficient to purchase heat transfers ready to go to heat press or to look into vinyl cutters and all of that. I am just starting out and don't have a lot of capital at this time. Also, where can you find these types of vintage heat transfers?

You can't make your own without first obtaining a license from the owner of the logo's. You'll get sued and get put out of business if you don't.

There are probably companies who already hold the license to these designs that you can buy from. It's just a matter of tracking them down. Hopefully someone else will chime in with sources.

Thanks. I figured as such. But either way, I still haven't been able to find a website which sells these types of heat transfers.
