I have a Perfecta Combo Heatpress - a chinese built one. Think they get sold under different names.

I am trying to find out what some of the settings mean. I've contacted the shop where I purchased it and they said the manual is in chinese and the only info they had on it is what they sent me. (Only says how to set temp and timer). I'm running blind!!!

Can anybody understand what the pics below mean??? When I press the 'set' button, the following screens come up.

Your help would be greatly appreciated
