Default Designing Large Transfers

What programs are people using for designing transfers on Legal (8.5 x 14) and (13 x 19) inch transfers? Is there a way to use T-Shirt Factory Deluxe or Photoshop Elements 6? Thank you. David

In software like photoshop you can determine the size of the
document when you select new from the menu.
Normally it will be as big as the paper you are going to print in, or bigger, so
you can downsize if needed.
Hope someone may clarify this a little better .

In tshirt factory, once you open a new template, go to file, page setup and change your size to whatever you need.
