Has anyone printed heat transfers on an epson stylus 1400 and if so how did it work out for you? Also what type of transfer paper should I need?

Do a search at the top of this page on Epson 1400. You will find many user experiences.

Jet Pro Soft Stretch for light shirts seems to be the popular choice. Not sure about dark shirts. Hopefully someone else will chime in.

Yes to everything Joe has said. Look up "jetprosofstretch and claria ink", also search "JPSS claria" those searches will return threads with photos of printed and washed shirts for you to see.

For dark shirts, Ironall Dark or JetWear. Ironall Dark has been used successfully with Claria ink, but you may need to ask if anyone used JetWear with Claria yet, or be the first to try it.

If you look up "pigment claria ink" (Claria is not pigment - but those search terms will return the proper threads) read the threads to learn the difference between the two inks.

iron All dark is also called everlast for darks.

I wonder if anyone changes the ink used in the 1400 fro Claria to Dursbrite? If this is done do you have to use after market cartridges or can you buy OEM ones ? ..... JB
