transfer application settings vary from supplier to supplier and from transfer design to transfer design.
Problems with cold peel transfers (assuming all is done according to the instructions) ARE that they are OLD stock. The INK is dryed up. I cant see those companies selling you Deffective transfers but it does happen.
With Old type COLD peel transfers where you let it cool and when you try to peel and the paper is stuck (it wont peel), you need to do a SEMI-COLD peel. This means after you press, wait a little time and start lifting the release sheet. You can then see if the ink is transfering to the shirt. If so, then Peel it right away. If the ink is not transfering at all, again it may be OLD stock. So increase the the press time (press for longer).
You do need to experiment. So if you are pressing assorted designs from different companies, when you do get it right. Make a note of the application setting you used on the back of that stock transfer. So next time you need to press that transfer design again..... it will work for sure.
