Default Pressing design into shirt

I need help i have a cx7800 printer and iron all paper, the press i have is older and it has a heated platten just on top. It heats up to 400 but when i put my shirt and design down and try to press it nothing happens. I dont have any clue as to why its not sticking. Can someone try and help me. What am I doing wrong? Could it be the press? Thanks

I have a cx7800 printer which means nothing as for a the transfer goes as your issue is the press and the transfer. First did you print on the correct side of the paper?????? (see my videos.) then did you pre-press the shirt at 3 to 5 second and then did you place the tranfer face down (the side with the design on it) on the shirt and did you have your press et at 18-20 second and press med to heavy???
let me know. Lou

Lou covered most of the possibilities there; I think the most likely are that you either printed on the wrong side of the transfer paper, or that the press is set to a very low pressure (and it needs to be much higher).
