Default how to print two sides with transfer papers

hi
i am printing two sides of the shirt using transfer paper for light garments and im not sure how to do it. do i just press one side then turn the shirt and press the other side? or do i need to put something inside the shirt, like a telon pillow or something? i know i need to put teflon on the press pad but i dont know if the second press can damage the first print. i use JPSS transfer papers.

thanks

Hey Shane. Yes, you definitely need to put something inside the shirt during the second press to protect the printed side. An oversized mousepad works well if you don't have a Teflon pillow.

How big is your platen? Whenever possible, I feed the shirt backwards over the platen for the back. (My platen is 15x15 and works with most sizes.)

Try looking in the kitchen. Theres a paper called parchment paper for baking that works very well for resisting mess-ups when heat pressing. If no one in you house bakes with the stuff(they might use it to work dough on the counter)its at almost every grocery store.
