I am finally ready to purchase a wide format Epson 1400. I am just trying to decide what ink route to go. I would like CIS, but already have a C88 with CIS on my desk and the 1400 with a CIS will take up the rest of my workspace. I would like a refillable cartridge with fill port on top so I don't have to take them out to refill them.
I am looking at SuperjetUSA refillable carts. Anyone have feedback on them? I did a search but didn't find to much.
I have used Inkjetcarts.us and would rather not go with them again.
I usually get my CISS units from www.echostore.com or Print On A Dime: Refill ink, Continuous Ink System and Refillable Cartridges for epson, if both of those places fail, I usually get it from ebay, however I prefer to order the empty ones and fill/prime them myself. The refill carts are hit or miss with quality. I've had a few pop out on me while printing if the clips are poorly made.
try InkRepublic.com or inksupply.com i heard the have great ones and at a nice price...
GOOD LUCK!!!
I currently use an inkrepublic CIS in my C88 and have inksupply MIS heat transfer ink. I ended up buying refillable carts for the 1400 to save some room on my desk. Good thing is I have pint size bottles of MIS ink CMYK and the 1400 only has the light cyan and magenta added to the mix, so I ordered 4 oz bottles from Inksupply. Should last me a while.
BTW, I ordered SuperjetUSA carts. Inkrepublic didn't have carts for the 1400.
