Default Pneumatic heat press

I have seen this working and it looks very good just thought you may be interested in the article Drucktech brings new pneumatic heat press to the table
Published: 04 June, 2008

Drucktech has used new designs and concepts in making the diaphragm table - its new pneumatic heat-press. This final solution works very well, said Drucktech, and has proven to have many advantages over the manual heat-press system.

Firstly, it can achieve a high pressure (0,5-0,7 kp/cm2), making it suitable for those materials that need a high pressure that cannot be achieved by using a manual heat press.
The pressure is also equal on every part of the table, and the press is easy to open and to close. The parameters of the ironing (pressure, temperature, time) can also be reproduced.
According to Drucktech the machine equalises the differences in the thickness of the material, removing the need for inlays and thus speeding up the process. The transfer picture can be also ironed near to buttons or zippers. "Sewings are also no longer a problem, not even caps with sewing in the middle," it said.
The heat press uses a minimal amount of compressed air and also works with a lower output compressor.
Drucktech added: "We introduced this machine into the market two years ago and gained full marks for it from our customers. Apart from Hungary, it got to many countries in Europe and also to South- Africa."

the press you have pictured is manual. if i were going to buy a pneumatic press i would move up to a swing away. i own a geo knight air swinger and it is very nice, plus lifetime warranty on the heater. clamshells cause burns and just won't get out of the way. stan

It is not pneumatic that way, the lower plate is pneumatic. But they have swing away types as well. I have seen it too, I have this type of press
