im curious does anyone have any experience buying new milford photo's overstock transfer paper?

on nmp they have a overstock photo section, and they have 11x17 paper for 103 dollars compared to the regular price of like 189 dollars/// i know quality matters but nwp is a great transfer company,

please tell me your experience, or any info i should know

I myself am wary of overstock paper from any co. for one reason, it may be old. I buy quite a bit of transfer paper from New Milford, it's all 8.5x11.

While I can't answer you regarding the paper, I will say New Milford is a horrible company to work with. They sent me paper with a defect, replaced it and noted there still may be a defect, then stopped responding to me all together. I'd look elsewhere...

I had a bad experience with them too. Although they did correct the problem and took an addition 25% off of my already 28% discount, ittook almost 4 weeks to get my order; Im not sure I will order from them again.

i remember i had a problem with them about a year ago, when i wanted the imagestick paper, i ordered it, and didnt get it for like 3 months, i would email them, and they wouldnt answer i remember being so mad...

Well, I gave them another try with their "HolyCrap" sale which was in the neighborhood of 28% off. I needed 11X17 Iron All Dark for a client. I emailed them to make sure that they had it in stock, they said they did, and I placed an order on July 31st. When ordering, in the comments I specified that this was for a client and if there were any problems shipping my order to contact me ASAP. After multiple emails, I finally received a response from them on August 8th that it would be shipped out on Monday, the 11th.

I noticed in other threads that John from NMP posts here. Hopefully he reads posts like this and works to improve their customer service. I gave them another chance but I would rather pay a few more dollars to ensure that I receive my product when I need it. I will not be ordering from them again.
