Default advice please!

hello - i was wondering if anyone has tried out presses known as 'pressmagic' or 'pressmagic2'... they are considerably cheaper than anything else i've seen which seems to rouse my suspicion. i spoke to the seller who said that was the manufacturers/brand name and that they came from china (which has received some bad press by some members on this forum) the link is: UK Heat Transfer Press Suppliers – Buy Sublimation Printers Online – Buy Heat Press Machines UK - Sublimagic - flat bed press
in case no one has heard of them. thanks for any advice - it is really appreciated.

Hi. Although I can't comment on the exact same brand, I use presses that originate from China.

They are generally of a substantial build and have many features of presses made in the West. The attention to detail is not brilliant, but they do the job, day after day.

Price is always going to be a persuasive argument for buying.

Hard to tell from the pics but if it doesnt have a free floating upper platon its a bad press. The platons will pinch and not be level with various substrates.

I suggest not to buy by price. You get what you pay for. I suggest you buy a name brand press . The press will be the hear of your business. .... JB
