Default How can I make good quality transfers?

I am wanting to print transfers on my ink jet printer. While doing some research I found Alpha Supply company. They were advertising a continuous ink system that is supposed to have good quality ink. I was wondering if anyone has tried this ink and if it is good quality stuff? Can the ink hold up for a couple of washes? What kind of transfer paper would you use?

Thanks
