Default Baseball hats and vinyl transfers

Hi there, has anyone had success with baseball hats and vinyl such as Thermoflex Plus? I've been looking into this for a couple months and have come up with a few questions if anyone has some answers. Thanks in advance!

1. Would the 5 panel cap be the only option here or would a 6 panel hat work with Thermoflex? Would the seam cause problems or lifting?

2. Would the cap have to be 100% cotton or does Thermoflex work other materials? I've only used it on 100% cotton tees. The Flexfit cap I have that I really like is 63% polyester and 34% cotton. Would that work with Thermoflex Plus?

3. If you have done this, which cap do you recommend and where is a good place to buy them?

Thanks a lot! I appreciate it...
