Some of the nozzles in your printer are not working. Go to your printer folder, right click on your printer icon, select printing preferences and then nozzle check. If your print pattern is not perfect, do a head cleaning.
Then do another nozzle check. Repeat between the two, until the problem clears.
If it dones not clear, within 5 tries, wait 90 minutes and then repeat.
Do you know a good company who sells quality pigment bulk ink. I bought my setup off Ebay and believe the quality of the ink just isn't that great also. Thanks for the advie on priming I'm trying that as I type.
There is no need for pigment ink, people are just repeating what they have hear for years... I use the CIS system from Alpha Supply and it's great. It's a dye ink system and the ink is wonderful for transfers and for printing photograph's on glossy paper too. I would never use anything else after trying it.
I am getting lines in all of my printouts. I have cleaned the heads, the person I purchased from says that the CIS tanks need to be level with the cartridges to get the appropiate air flow or that I may need a ICC software. Any thoughts?
