Discuss the various aspects of heat press technology. Transfer paper, inks, plastisol transfers, vinyl cutters, printers, commercial usage, durability, suppliers, etc.
I have a small order of 15 shirts for a little league team in my area. I'm using jpss and 16x20 hotronix for this job. When I press the shirts, some of the ink is staying on the backer. I pressed up quite a few shirts since I started and this is the first time this has happened. Should I press for a longer time(maybe 35 sec) or should I increase the temp(385)?
Does the 400 deg give you better results over 375 deg?
Just curious why you run hotter.

I took one of the shirts I had already pressed up, and she loved it!!! I thought the ink didn't look solid, but she loved the way it came out.. I will not complain, when a customer is satisfied. The more I learn, the better my products will be. Thanks for the replies!!!!!!!
When we make a product, we notice every little flaw. Most people would never see the things we find. I used to be so pickey on what I let leave my shop( I still am to a point), but now I let some things goand never here anything. I always tell my customers to let me know if there is a issue. i want them to be happy. ..... JB
