Default CIS ink systems

Can anyone recommend a good continuous bulk ink system and quality pigment ink for t-shirt transfers? I'm going to be purchasing an Epson C88+ printer, as I don't want to use my R1900.

Thanks,
Scally........

The ink republic stuff does look interesting. I understand dampers (I also have an Epson 9800 and a Mutoh Falcon Jr.).

I have a cis from inkrepublic for my C120, but I also have one for my cx8400 from inkjetcarts.us
I like the pigment inks from injetcarts, they are cheaper and heatpress better.
Read this review of my installations of both. Hope it helps.

Does anyone have any opinions on which inks work better with dampers vs. carts/sponge carts?

Hi. I bought a bulk ink system for an Epson that I paid just £25 ($50) for. Works great and includes auto reset, so your on screen ink monitor still works.

I have seen bulk ink systems at ten times that price. Really don't think they are worth that sort of price difference.

Well, there doesn't seem to be a lot of branding going on... I'm thinking that 99.9% of them are Chinese, including the ones that say they aren't...

You're absolutely right there Chuck. When you look at it on a practical level, you are literally buying some plastic containers with some tubing attached. It's hardly high tech merchandise.

I've had mine for over a year now and it hasn't leaked, stopped working, or blocked my print heads.
