Default How does Pro World make transfers

I bought some stock heat transfers for proworld.com and loved them. I was just wondering how they make the transfers?

They use silkscreening and make plastisol transfers.

If you want to know how to make plastisol transfers, just do a search here on the forum.

Can you buy the ink Alpha Supply Company has and just print out what you want and have it still be a pretty good quality?

Pro world screen prints their designs in reverse,so when they are placed face down on the garment and heat pressed they transfer correctly. .... JB

Pro World doesn't actually make the transfers. They are a wholesaler that sells the transfers that other companies make.

Yeah I never heard of ProWorld making their own. The stock transfers are made several transfer manufacturer such as Airwaves Inc, ArtBrands, XIT, Spring Hill etc.

If you are in need to buy direct from the manufacturer you can get them with a minumum of 6 transfers per design and much cheaper than Proworld. The advantage of buying from ProWorld is you can buy 1 piece.

Yeah..I don't think ProWorld actually makes their own. Great place to get a number of transfers from various supplies without minimums but you are better off in many cases going directly to the supplier if you want some type of quantity of a particular design.
