Default need info right now as Coastal cannot be reached

Just got my new heat press.
I also have Everlast Dark and Jetpro Light for a job that has to go out now.
I have never done this before and I cannot reach Coastal on the internet so I need help for these answers.
What heat do I set the press at?
How long do I press?
Please answer asap.

JetPro SofStretch:
I press at 400 degrees F for 30 seconds.

Everlast dark (found instructions on Coastal's website EverLast Dark! Transfer Paper for DARKS - 8 1/2" x 11" (50 sheets) Click for Discounts - 11-ETPD ):
  • Prepare heat press at 350 degrees F.
  • Place transfer paper with design facing upwards in desired position on fabric.
  • Cover image with enclosed silicon paper (which can be used a couple times).
  • Using above recommended temperature, apply firm pressure for 15-20 seconds.
