Default High output laser printers that can run 11x17 papers.

Hey everyone,

Im moderately new to these forums, but Ive been browsing around like a madman for a while now, gathering as much information as I could. However, for some reason, I have yet to find any clear cut information on the best suited fuser oil-less laser printers.

So heres what I need. Were looking for a fuser oil-less laser copier that has the ability to do pantone matching, print out 11x17 sheets of paper, and it needs to be able to handle high output amounts (were talking 3000 a week). If anyone has any suggestions, by all means, let me know. I dont even know where to begin looking.

Thanks!

Why not try the oil based CLC's? The Canons, Xerox, etc. I'm not sure about the pantone matching, if it's possible at all, but I know you can get better colors with the oil based CLC's, because they have the RIP.

We are currently running Canon CLC900 printers, which I believe are 12 years old. Were wanting move away from oil based printers due to the fact that no one (that Im aware of) makes them anymore, and its not exactly easy to find service plans for oil based printers around here.

Try the Imagepress C1. Pantone colour matching with RIP and certified to work with Duracotton.

A little expensive though but if your pumping out 3k prints a week you will get it back in no time. Plus it produces unmatched colour accuracy and detail.
