Need to Register?

Hi Everyone,
I am trying to find either the refillable cartridges or CIS system and pigment ink for a Epson 1280. If anyone knows of a place with a great price can you let me know. Is there JPSS in a 8.3 X 14 or transfer paper this size. Also is the 1280 known to clog with pigment inks because it's a dye based printer?

You should be able to find systems for this printer at several online companies. The one I often recommend is MIS, the one they offer is here:

I have a 1280 with a CIS. Got it from inkmizer.com. As far as I know JPSS only comes in 8.5 x 11" and 11 x 17".

I used Armur CIS system from Best Blanks. It was pretty decent while it worked, but if for some reason you don't use your printer for a while and the tubes get clogged up, it is very difficult to get clean inkflow back. I tried almost everything but could not do a clean test print with the CIS...and frankly it is very messy. I would love to know if there is cartridge based pigmented ink system for 1280. Given I don't print in huge amounts, I am willing to pay more for cartridge...unfortunately Epson's new pigmented ink systems are only for newer printers.
