Im new to the biz and having problems with Armur inks, I got my bulk ink system from bestblanks.com. I'm using the Armur inks+ JSSP+ Epson 1400 and i noticed that the black ink bleeds which is not supposed to because it's pigment ink. I don't know whats wrong, I've printed out some transfers for test and they came out good but once i wash the item and put it in the dryer the ink bleeds. As matter of fact, i have a pic so you guys know what im talking about....
Can anybpdy tell me what i am doing wrong??? or do i have to buy the paper from bestblanks.com. (i think is called "transferjet" but i think the problem is the ink that does not hold up)
Hi Juan & welcome. I bought all my equiptment & inks, printer, etc. from bestblanks & I know when I had a question they were very helpful. Did you call them & ask if they could help with your problem? They do have techs there who can answer any question you have or someone in the forum might have an answer. Good luck with your business.
When I first started I used Armur Inks from Bestblanks and did experience the same problem, have since switched to Heat Transfer Inks from Inksupply.com and no problems since then.

Hi,
So you had the same problem??? did you called them?? what did they say?? You know I also have an Epson c88+Durabrite inks and i don't jave any problem with it, but i decided to get another printer with a wider format, so i got the Epson 1400. Then I wanted to get a CIS to save some money that's why i got that one from best blanks.
I think nobody uses Armur inks from bestblanks.com, which means that ink it's not good!!!! You know what guys, I called bestblanks and they told me that may be the problem was that i was printing my artwork at 300 dpi, so they told me to lower it down to no more than 100 dpi so I did that. I did some tests at 72 dpi, 100, 150, 200, 300, and nop luck, everything i tried did not work, so now i am concerned that i spent almost $450 on their bulk ink system and ink and it does not work. According to dmat ( the guy's review up there) he had the same problem and all he did was swicht to another kind of ink from inksupply.com I am going to call them tomorrow again and let see what kind of solution they give me.
