Discuss the various aspects of heat press technology. Transfer paper, inks, plastisol transfers, vinyl cutters, printers, commercial usage, durability, suppliers, etc.
Put your t-shirt on upside down on your press like a pillow case, the previous side that was printed will not be reheated and keep your pads clean,
HOpe this helps
Only problem i am seeing is that when i press the second image i am loosing some of the first image
How do you press a second image on a shirt?
Make sure you have a teflon sheet or parchment on the lower platten. Otherwise some of the image will stick to the rubber pad of the lower platten. The stain can transfer to the next shirt you press. Also the polymer will build up in time on the rubber pad.
Another thing that I do when pressing both sides is I press the smaller transfer first without peeling it. I then flip the shirt and press the second transfer. Peel it hot immediately. Flip the shirt and repress the first transfer for 2 seconds and then peel hot immediately.

Some say that Alpha gold is better than Ironall for dark. I have not tried Alpha gold but I have tried Ironall for dark using both inkjet and laser printer. The color looked washed out with inkjet and vibrant with laser. Neither one survived few wash and dry cycles. Even cooled water wash inside out and medium heat dryer setting. Both exhibited that the colors are rubbed off. Not faded but worn off.
Search the forum using "alpha gold" if you want to read up on it.
Others like the blue grid opaque transfer paper.
