Default Plastisol On Towels?

Can i get any certain towel that will work nicely with plastisol heat transfers? Because I have a friend who needs 200 beach towels made for a sweet 16. Please give me some feedback.

Thanks!

I have not done it but...I think what you need is a 100% terry VELOUR towel. That would give you a smoother surface.

I tested a sample plastisol transfer once on a regular old washcloth...it stuck, but of course because it's not a smooth surface, it sort of floats around on top of the towel.

If the design is not very big, you might also consider embroidery instead of plastisol.

I agree I would use embroidery or DTG for towels. ..... JB

Or, if it's one of those bling, bling MTV style sweet 16 parties , you can always go custom woven Custom Team Towels

Belt printing also works very well on towels.
