Default printer advice

I am looking to buy a printer suitable for home T/shirt printig. What is the best all round, value, quality for the job. Also do the
inks wear as well as a professional transfer image?? Thanks in advance

Most folks seem to prefer the epson. Here are some reviews

Using these printers with professional ink, professional transfer paper and a professional heat press will get you a professional transfer image.

Joe is right the Epson brand is the printer of choice. They have the best print heads for garment decoration printing. .... JB

One thing to remember about epson is that they are actively seeking to eliminate third party cartridges and third party ink for their printers, especially new printers. The exception might be dye sub.
