Wink Corel Draw X3 Help

Can you take a copy of a picture and incorporate into an object in Corel Draw. Let's say you have a triangle in Corel Draw and you have a picture you want incorporated into that triangle, can you do that, if so, what steps do you go through. Thanks, Beckie

absolutely! draw your 'container' - triangle in this instance. click on your image (picture) choose the effects tab at the top of your screen and go down to 'power clip' and choose 'place object in container' - a big arrow will appear in place of your cursor, click it on the container and.......there ya go!

Thank you, Thank you - I'm going to try it tonight. I just knew there was a way - but I was trying to fumble my way through!

also, after you powerclip the image you may find the photo is not in the correct place you wanted.
just go back to "effects - powerclip - edit powerclip" now you can move your picture to where you wanted
within the object. when it's right just click on finish editing powerclip.
