I recently saw a shirt at a store that was what looked like a single layer transfer that had about 4-5 colors that started at the top and blended to the bottom like a rainbow. the design had an iredecent look to it to like sequin, but was smooth. Question: Do they make such a transfer or cad cut vinyl and where can I get it. i checked Stahls and Transfer express, but cannot find it. Would this be the work of a printer / cutter? Any help would be appreciated. jamie Wiesman
