If you are looking at inkjet heat transfers, you'll need a printer with pigment ink (epsons are good) a nice transfer paper like jetprosofstretch (tshirtsupplies.com) and 100 cotton or 5050 cottonpoly blend Preshrunk shirts. I also like having a teflon sheet.
