I have a HP 2600n printer. Can somebody tell me if Image Clip will work well with this laser printer?
A lot of people use HP2600 with Duracotton and happy with the result. I do not see why it would not work with Imageclip. This is a two step transfer paper system. One coated with polymer(green) and the other has a plain glossy surface(red). The one that is used in the laser printer is the glossy paper. Unless the printer has a lot of bend in the paper path jamming is not an issue. Make sure the media weight is set to heavy, Ultra heavy or card stock so that the toner will fuse properly. Feed the transfer paper(red) in multi purpose tray one at a time.

Hey Luis and doank, would not ImageClip work in almost any laser printer that could print on glossy paper? ImageClip is the one laser paper that seems to me almost bullet proof when it comes to printing because of the polymer being on the non printed sheet. The printed sheet is pretty much just a glossy sheet of paper. Is this correct?

You are exactly right. Just make sure the media weight selected is heavy enough in order for the toner to fuse properly.

u know i have used several printers with imageclip, but i've never had change the paper to glossy for my excellent results with the product.
here r the printers that i have used:
lexmark 720, 920, 522, 524, 532, ricoh ap 306, ricoh af 3500, samsumg clp 510, minolta 2500, and hp 1600, 2600, and 3600. i have also used brother color lasers too.
i hope this helps
I don't want to hijack this thread, but I did notice that the subject just said "imageclip". I have wrestled with this paper and think I have finally figured out how to properly use it. I have not expanded much with the colors or gradients, I have only used gray and black solid shapes. Folks in other threads say this paper does not work well with pastels or gradients. So how far can I push ImageClip? Can I do a design like this for instance?

The very light gray may not transfer at all. What actually happens is the design is light pastel it will sort of give a distressed image on the shirt. Becasue some of the toner/polymer will be missing on the transfer paper.
In your design you have to darken the very light gray area.
What I would suggest is have small size block of images. Change the shade a bit on each image and gang it on a sheet and press it on a fabric (scrap shirt) to see which has the best result.
