Hello Everyone!!

I'm making T-shirt Transfer with an Epson C88 & CIS that i'd buyed on Coastal Business i'd been working with it about 6 months and every was ok! but now when i print, in the middle of the sheet it seems a white band.
, that's not all the problem... the problem is in one the left part of the sheet divided by the white band the image looks very good, but in the right side the image does not looks good it looks like distorted with a lot of pixels.

I've been making the Maintenance from the printing preferneces of the printer and nothings happen.

Can somebody tell me what to do?

sounds like a software issue to me. Have you rebooted both machines?

Outside chance, since I can't fully understand what is happening (a pic would be good), but try Print Head Alignment in printer maintanence. All 3 of my Epson's were whacked out of the box, and no amount of nozzle cleaning would fix the white bands, but print head alignment did. On the second 2 printers, I did the alignment with initial set up. If you haven't already, perform the alignment and see if it helps.

make_edit: I don't thing it's problem of software because i installed the CIS in other epson C88 printer that i usally use for sublimation and it works fine.

i maked a couple of times the head alignment and the problem still remain. I'll be posting a picture...

Have you looked into the CIS unit to see if it is clogged? Is this one color or all?
