Default Anyone have experience with this particular Ebay press...

Hello
New to the printing game and I am looking to do Plastisol heat transfers. Single color on dark T's. My budget is rather low right now and I have read what people have had to say about some of these chinese presses. Has anyone ever used this particular one?
New 15x15 Heat Press for T shirts, Wholesale Pricing - eBay (item 350053940099 end time May-11-08 13:29:00 PDT)

In the long run I know I will have by a higher quality unit but to to start off Im hoping this will do the basic functioning I need. Im also not going to be doing 100 t shirts a day. They will be done as needed.

Do a forum search at the top of this page on "ebay press", tons of posts, most of them negative.

If you enter "Transfersupplies" (the seller) in the search box on this page, you will find some threads where it has already been discussed.

You dont want this press as it has no floatational upper platon. Stay away from this press!

Halo - stay clear, I can send you pictures of my ebay claim that was decided in my favor because of false advertising, misshandling, bad shipping and selling of merchandise not as discribed.

heat plate does not distribute the heat evenly. like said above no floatating upper plate. The timer sucks! my unit came damaged in shipping, but who knows maybe others had better luck.

The only good part was that they sent me a free teflon sheet.
