I am looking to cut heat press vinyl and need some help. I want to cut a letter in white as an underbase, then cut a smaller black letter to lay over the white so the white creates an outline. I am having difficulty figuring out how to do this in CorelDraw X3. If I duplicate the letter and then try to make is smaller it is out of proportion and doesn't exactly fit in the larger letter. Any suggestions?

Paul, try using the a contour instead. Ctrl+F9 will open the contour docker. Then use your pick tool to select the text. In the contour docker, select Outside and set a value for Offset, set Steps to one and click apply.
