Default overlapping heat press vinyl
I have an order for about a dozen hats with two letters, two S's specically. My plan is to heat press cut vinyl to apply to the hats. Customer wants a black letter with a white out line. Is it best to overlay a larger white letter with a black letter? and sandwich the two layers of vinyl then heat press it on the hats? Any advice here would be appreciated.

Heatpress the large white letter first and peel then overlay with the black letter and peel. If using thermoflex plus my fisrt press is 5 seconds and second press is 20-25 seconds. Make sure the clear backing of the second letter completely covers the first letter when doing the overlay.
