Default sticking and peeling off

Hi I'm a new member.
I have a problem with designs sticking together and peeling off the shirt which is made of a polyester.
The shirts are blank then a design is heat pressed onto the shirt.
Can a sheet of paper be used to stop this once the design has cooled and the garment follded ready for transporting.
Any advice please.
Regards boonrawd.

I always let them cool before I fold and stack them and have never had any problems with them sticking together and peeling the design off...

I have a table beside my press. After pressing, I move it to the table to cool while I press the next one, then I fold the first one and let the second cool while I press the third one, etc...

your design should NOT be peeling off - whether they're stacked hot or not! i typically press and stack by size/color when i'm doing a large run and have never had anything come close to sticking together or peeling....we need more information on your process...are you using heat press vinyl? printed transfers? plastisol? also the time, temperature and pressure under which you press your garment is a factor.

Yes, some more information would help out. I have never experienced anything like that either. The designs should not be peeling off like that.
