Default Thermostat replacement

Hello, I just purchased a Geo Knight JP12 9x12 heat press and twice I've had a defective thermostat. Has anyone experience this problem before with this heat press? Also does anyone know how to replace the thermostat? I appreciate any help you can give me. Thanks

Hi T-Shirt Girl,

We too, have a couple of Geo. Knight presses we use exclusively. We have had to do repairs on our machines several times, replacing the thermostat, the thermometer, and heat conductors. In each instance, the repairs only took a screwdriver and about a half hour of time. and it is quite easy to do. The parts are readily available and inexpensive.

Call (800) 525-6766 and ask to speak with Lucy. She'll make sure you get the right part, and Steven, their tech guy can walk you through the entire process.

As you can tell, we are sold on their machines, and they are the only ones we will ever buy.

Thanks, Lucy is the one that sent me the thermostat but without instructions and when I called they were closed and since I was eager to use the machine right away I was looking for help, but I guess I'll just have to wait til tomorrow and call her. Thank you for your input.
