Default 120, red, 100% cotton, 1 clr frt / 1 clr bk

Ordered my own heat press today (have been borrowing time on 1 up til now) and anxiously waiting. Doing a lot of athletic stuff and decided it was time to buy my own heat press.

Im trying to decide if i should heat press or traditional screen print (I sub this out) my next order.

i have an order for:
>120 red shirts
> 100% cotton
> 1 color fornt (black) approx 3" x 11"
> 1 color back (black) approx 12" x 11"

If i heat press them, im planning having transfers printed by ACE or FM Exp. How long will it take to press the 120 shirts?

Im lookign for real soft hand for transfers since i have always used trditional screen printing.

Any info, suggestions, advise is welcome, thanks in advance.

btw - anyone else on here from So Cal

I use Ace Transfer Company, Inc. for all my transfers and the feel is just like screen print. Dave and his people are great to work with too. I can do a shirt ( the whole process pre heating, the front ,the back, and using a flex pad ) in less than a minute per shirt. I use the Tee Square It to align the transfer, and I bought a flex sheet from ACE. The fles sheet is a silcone sheet that is textured it helps push the transfer into the garment a little more. This gives the look and feel of traditional screen printing. GOD LUCK ...... JB
