 Service above and beyond
I recently purchased a large amount of 'WOW' transfer paper from The Magic Touch. Although this process is a little more expensive than other transfers, the excellent quality of the finished product was what had sold my customer.
When I ran into problems, the Magic Touch Company stood behind their product. I want to thank tech Ryan Weeks and especially sales rep Tom Herring who stayed on the phone with me late into the evening to make sure that I got the order out on time.
The problem was at my end and not with the product but Tom stuck with me until it was solved. I just thought that everyone should be aware of a company out there that provides a quality product and first class service.
