All the things that you listed, and knowing what your target audience wants is all you really need to make the t-shirts. You will need to set up a company to do this under, there are plenty of threads on these forums for that. If you're successful you will eventually move to a better method (have to do a lot of trimming on inkjet transfers, or get away with a lot of squarish designs). But that's about all you need to test the waters.

As with most new members you just need to sit down and write out what it is you want to learn. Then do a search.. Almost any question has a n answer here. The most common mistake a new person makes is asking the basic question "What do I need to know?" That list could be large... You can help yourself first then ask specific questions that one of us can help you with. As you will see if you visited my educational web site there are many areas of this business you need to learn.
