Hi Josh: Since you posted this in the Heat Press section, I am assuming you want to apply the new labels with heat press?
What shirts are you using? Some shirts have labels that are easier to remove than others and some have tear-out labels. If you don't already have the shirts (or the customer hasn't specified what they want) then you'll want to take that into consideration ... especially if it's a large order.
If you provide more details I'll try to point you in the right direction. I remove my labels and heat-press in my own plastisol ones.
